*HOLIDAY 2021: Our processing times (especially for our best-seller the Galileo) may be extended during November and December but rest assured, we’ll get your order to you on time if ordered before 12/18. Our return periods are also extended to accommodate for Holiday gift-giving. If you have an urgent order, please email us with your order number at email@example.com.
Shipping is free for domestic orders above $150, and calculated rate for international orders depending on the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide offering Express 1-5 day shipping! Within the US, shipping is 1-5 days.
For international orders, you may be subject to customs charges. This fee will be charged depending on the destination country. You’ll have the option to pay import fees during checkout, or the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect the payment over the phone. This may cause a delay to your shipping if not paid straight away.
We recommend going through our checkout process to learn if you’ll be charged, and if so, how much it will cost.
*We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but, very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including sale). Other factors that may influence shipping times include delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. We’ll keep you as updated as we can, though, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. We can’t be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.
