Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14* calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us to initiate a return: hello@rotatewatches.com. Please do not send your return to our HQ address as it may be returned to the sender. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If during our inspection of the returned product, we find that the product has been cut, glued, or otherwise tampered with beyond factory conditions, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s subtotal purchase cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns that include engravings will be nonrefundable. Any added gift-wrapping services are non-refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

Orders that include custom engravings cannot be canceled before they are shipped. All other orders can be canceled until the order has been processed.
